We've started our Bubble Gum Math for the school year. Almost 90% of my class passed the +0 timed test. They were so excited to get a gumball out of the soccer ball gumball machine and add a +0 sticker (that looks like a gumball) to their Bubble Gum Math folders. They are begging me to do more tests. Never thought that would happen.
I am so excited to get started reading on the new Kindle Fires with my class. I will be able (for now) to work with three student's at a time on the Kindle Fires and Raz-Kidz. This sight is probably the greatest guided reading sight I have ever used. It is only $99 for a year license for up to 36 kids. This new resource will help me teach differentiated small reading groups, keep track of each student's progress, and track their comprehension. AND... parents can have access to all of the books and quizes
