The kids had a great time making and thinking about these glyphs. Some of the questions I asked are to help the students think about what they are really doing well at in school, and what they need to work on. I also asked them questions about New Year goals that apply to their home life and family. It was eye opening to see how they feel they are doing in different areas academically and socially.
Some of my lower readers put they don't need work on reading, but math instead (even though they are doing great in math). It was a great time for further reflection and questions with them individually later.
They loved it and learned a lot as well. If you would like this glyph, please visit my TPT store. Barnes Hooligans
